Hey, I’m Adam. My background is unusual for a PM. I studied chemical engineering, worked in oil and gas, earned a Masters in Economics, then moved into analytics and eventually product. That path gave me a genuine comfort with technical complexity. I can sit in a system design conversation and contribute, not just follow along. I care about how things actually work, not just what they promise on a slide.

My day job is at JPMorgan Chase, where I’ve spent the last several years building AI and data products — decisioning models, a PII Detection Platform, data quality tools — all built as APIs and integrated into internal platforms that engineers, analysts, and business teams rely on daily.

I also build things on the side when I have a problem I can’t stop thinking about. My latest is Fork It, a group restaurant decision tool I built after watching way too many friend group chats spiral into chaos over where to eat. It’s small, but it’s taught me a lot about what it means to scope ruthlessly and ship something real. This blog is where I write about what I’m working on, what I’m learning, and the occasional opinion on AI products and the PM craft. Most of what I write comes back to the same argument: good product discipline matters more than the technology, and the two keep getting confused. If something resonates, reach out.
